Hi, I’m Meaghan, Founder of Kismet Consulting.

I’ve often been described as an extroverted person with a flair for human dynamics and a passion for problem solving. I became a consultant to harness the power of continuous learning, and genuinely love working with others to understand their business, their challenges, and to create a clear path forward to get them to where they need to go. My greatest motivation is seeing you and your business succeed.

I am a seasoned management consultant with expertise in strategy, people and culture, change management and communications. I have spent nearly a decade working with individuals and teams to develop hard-hitting content that gets to the heart of an issue while building practical steps for a successful future.

I graduated with a double major in Communications and Political Science from McGill University, and a Masters in Global Business from the University of Victoria.
